Product:
1.Lead-free solder bar / strip: the melting point of lead-free solder tin-zinc (Sn / Zn) 65/35 is 199 ℃. It can be used for welding cooling pipe of induction furnace's capacitor. This solder material has excellent solderability and mechanical strength.
2.Tin Lead solder bar / strip: Available to offer traditional tin-lead alloys metal like Sn / Pb 63/37, Sn / Pb 60/40.
3.Flux cored solder wire: Lead-free solder wire products are tin-based adding of different levels of silver, copper, nickel, antimony, bismuth and other metals. Flux is composed of rosin and organic activator, antioxidants, surfactants and other additives. Lead-free type flux N1 is developed for the capacitor industry dedicated for welding zinc-based surface. It also can be used for welding nickel alloy materials. The rosin-based flux using a highly efficient organic activator and special additive to have the welding process fluidity, smoke less, odorless, less spatter, high welding strength, smooth bright surface with high welding activity. It's RoHS compliant.
