Polypropylene Film

Product: The polypropylene film for capacitors is made from isotactic polypropylene resin, which is melt and extruded into thick-wall tube. Then the thick wall tube is inflated biaxially (Tube inflation Manner).The BOPP film has good mechanical and electrical properties, low dielectric dispassion factor, excellent high-frequency characteristics. There are two knod of BOPP film that including 1.BOPP Film for High Voltage Power Capacitor (RRP-Both sides hazy and RP-single side hazy), 2.Capacitor Used BOPP Film for Metallizing.

Aluminum Foil

Product: High Purity A1235 (Aluminum foil purity> 99.3%) Aluminum alloy can be used as electrode for high voltage power capacitors. Applicable thickness is from 4.5μm to 6.3μm (weight method). It has good thickness uniformity, no burr on the cutting edge. We also can offer thicker aluminum sheet like 100umx20mm and 12umx145mm aluminum foil that can be used as the lead wire of high-voltage capacitor.

Applications: electrode of high-voltage power capacitor, flexible packaging

Insualtion Oil

Product: Insulation oil include Phenyl Xylyl Ethane (PXE), Phenyl Ethyl Phenyl Ethane (PEPE) and Monobenzyl toluene / dibenzyl toluene (C101).

Applications: It is suitable for the high voltage capacitor as insulation material.

Capacitor Case

Product: Aluminum case, plastic case, plastic bobbin, capacitor cover with safty device and other accessories are mainly used for medium and low voltage capacitors. Embossed aluminum sheet is used as induction furnace capacitor's case.

Applications: They can be used as capacitor case for Medium /low-voltage capacitors and induction furnace capacitor.

Solder Material

Product: Our Sn/Zn 65/35 lead-free solder bar offers an ideal melting point, excellent solderability, and strong mechanical performance—perfect for high-reliability applications. The N1 flux-cored solder wire, developed for the capacitor industry, ensures smooth flow, minimal spatter, and high-strength, bright joints on zinc and nickel alloy surfaces.

Applications:Used for induction furnace capacitor cooling pipes, zinc surface soldering, and nickel alloy component welding for power capacitor manufacturing.

Lead Wire

Product: Lead wire for plug-in type passive component include tinned copper wire, silver plated copper wire, tinned copper covered steel wire, silver plated copper covered steel wire, high purity aluminum wire and other products.

Applications: Lead wire for plug-in type paasive component can connect it with print circuit board. The high purity aluminum wire is used as the lead tab of electrolytic capacitors.
