Capacitor-Grade Polypropylene Film
Product: The polypropylene film for capacitors is made from isotactic polypropylene resin, which is melt and extruded into thick-wall tube. Then the thick wall tube is inflated biaxially (Tube inflation Manner).The BOPP film has good mechanical and electrical properties, low dielectric dispassion factor, excellent high-frequency characteristics. There are two knod of BOPP film that including 1.BOPP Film for High Voltage Power Capacitor (RRP-Both sides hazy and RP-single side hazy), 2.Capacitor Used BOPP Film for Metallizing.

Product: Our A1235 aluminum foil (purity >99.3%) is designed for high-voltage power capacitor applications. The foil offers excellent thickness uniformity, clean slit edges, and stable electrical performance.

Product: Our insulation oil products include Phenyl Xylyl Ethane (PXE), Phenyl Ethyl Phenyl Ethane (PEPE), and Monobenzyl Toluene / Dibenzyl Toluene (M/DBT). These dielectric fluids are engineered for use in high-voltage capacitor systems.
Applications: It is suitable for the high voltage capacitor as insulation material.
Capacitor Enclosures and Accessories
Product: We supply aluminum cases, plastic cases, plastic bobbins, and capacitor covers with safety devices, along with related accessories for capacitor assembly. These components are primarily used in medium- and low-voltage capacitor applications.Embossed aluminum sheets are also available for use as housings for induction furnace capacitors.

Product: Our Sn/Zn 65/35 lead-free solder bar provides an optimal melting point, excellent solderability, and strong mechanical performance for high-reliability applications.The N1 flux-cored solder wire is designed for capacitor manufacturing, offering stable flow, low spatter, and high-strength, bright joints, particularly on zinc and nickel alloy surfaces.
