Polypropylene Film
Product: The polypropylene film for capacitors is made from isotactic polypropylene resin, which is melt and extruded into thick-wall tube. Then the thick wall tube is inflated biaxially (Tube inflation Manner).The BOPP film has good mechanical and electrical properties, low dielectric dispassion factor, excellent high-frequency characteristics. There are two knod of BOPP film that including 1.BOPP Film for High Voltage Power Capacitor (RRP-Both sides hazy and RP-single side hazy), 2.Capacitor Used BOPP Film for Metallizing.
Applications:
1.BOPP Hazy (roughed surface) Film:
· RRP for high voltage power capacitor and induction furnace used capacitor. Thickness range: 6~25um. High voltage power capacitor is used for power plant, and the other application is used for intermediate frequency induction furnace for smelting iron and steel.
· RP for microwave oven used capacitor. Thickness range: 11~18um.
2.BOPP Film for Metallizing:
· H-MP for BOPP high temperature film for metallization. Thickness range: 2.0~9.8um. The applications are capacitors for electric car, Hybrid electric vehicle, Locomotive capacitor, special electric motor wind power capacitor and Solar energy capacitor etc.
· MP for BOPP plain film for metallization.Thickness range: 3.8~18.0um. The applications are capacitors for electric appliances, water pump and low voltage electric control etc.
