Water-soluble Thermal Dissipated Nano Composite Coating Resin
Features: This product is mixed carbon nanotubes, graphene and other materials in the water-soluble polymer to form a uniform suspension by a special disperse technology. It is an environmental resin with high heat dissipation. It is very suitable for spraying on the surface of heat sink, which made by aluminum alloy, copper and stainless steel. This product has the characteristics as follow: 1. Does not contain any formaldehyde, volatile carcinogens, organic solventsand VOC-free. 2. A special developed dispersion technology for carbon nanotubes and graphenegive full play to the cooling performance of the paint. 3. The paint is dispersed evenly and is not easy to precipitate after a long time. 4. A uniform colored coating layer can be formed after spraying and drying at low temperature.
Applications: This product is suitable for spraying on aluminum alloy, copper alloy and stainless steel and other materials surface to improve the thermal dissipation, which also can be applied in the electronic fields.
Instructions: 1. An optimal painting quality can be achieved as the spraying pressure setting at1.5- 2Kg /cm2 with a spraying gun. Only 0.01 ml amount of paint can cover 1cm2 ofarea. 2. The best solidification condition after the spraying paint is suggested curing at 140°C for 30 minutes, or curing at 130°C for 40 minutes to short the processingtime. 3. An excellent heat dissipation result can be reached as the average painting thickness between 5 and 15μm after drying.
Storage condition:Please store the coating resin in the shade at room temperature. The product will expire in 6 month after manufacturing.

Graphene Thermal Dissipated Coating Resin
Features: Using graphene's high conduction and heat radiation properties, the overall heat dissipation effect is improved, the volume and weight of the radiator are reduced. Graphene heat-dissipating coating paint can be coated on copper foil or aluminum foil materials. The thickness of the product can be 0.05mm~2mm. The shape of heat sink can also be formed into any specified shape, which is convenient to use in various products, especially when there are space restrictions of electronic products.
